FAQ's
How long does it take to arrive?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of your purchase. This will then be sent using a ‘tracked’ courier so we always have eyes on it.
Will the card be connected to my business when it arrives?
Yes. We will make sure to sync your card to your Google Business Profile so it’s ready to go as soon as you receive it.
I don’t have a review link. What do I do?
If you don’t have a review link, no worries. We can find it for you. You will, however, need to have a Google listing so make sure you have one before placing your order.
How do I set the card up?
We will make sure the card is connected to your Google Business Profile before sending so you can use it as soon as it arrives.
How many reviews will I get from this card?
Great question. The answer is, we don’t know! There are many factors around how many reviews you’ll get. The simple answer is however proactive you are at asking people! If you ask every single customer you get in your business, it’ll likely be pretty quick. Of course, this does depend on how many customers you have. The more you ask, the more you’ll get.

What if I need to change the link on the card?
This does sometimes happen. We would recommend installing a free NFC code app to amend the link.
I want to buy multiple cards and split them across different businesses. Can I do that?
Yes you can. After placing your order, send an email to hello@taptapcards.com stating how many cards you would like for each business e.g. 3x cards for Joe's Cafe and 2x cards for Sarah's Restaurant. We will then sync them up accordingly.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to include the address for each business.
Are there any other fees?
Nope. Just a one-off fee. No subscription here!
