At Tap Tap Cards, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. That's why we have a straightforward and customer-friendly return policy in place.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, simply contact our team on hello@taptapcards.com stating you are unhappy with the product and would like to return it. Please carefully package the product in its original packaging. NOTE: you will be responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the package reaches us safely.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

It's important to note that certain items are not eligible for return, such as personalized or custom-made products. Additionally, any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
