Will the card be connected to my business when it arrives?

Yes. We will make sure to sync your card to your Google Business Profile so it’s ready to go as soon as you receive it.

I don’t have a review link. What do I do?

If you don’t have a review link, no worries. We can find it for you. You will, however, need to have a Google listing so make sure you have one before placing your order.

How many reviews will I get from this card?

Great question. The answer is, we don’t know! There are many factors around how many reviews you’ll get. The simple answer is however proactive you are at asking people! If you ask every single customer you get in your business, it’ll likely be pretty quick. Of course, this does depend on how many customers you have. The more you ask, the more you’ll get. 

We had one business that bought a Tap Tap Card receive over 20 reviews in one day!

Are there any other fees?

Nope. Just a one-off fee. No subscription here!

I own more than one business

I want to buy multiple cards and split them across different businesses. Can I do that?

Yes you can. After placing your order, send an email to hello@taptapcards.com stating how many cards you would like for each business e.g. 3x cards for Joe's Cafe and 2x cards for Michael's Restaurant. We will then sync them up accordingly.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to include the address for each business.

Can I order more than 10 cards?

Yes you can. Email us at hello@taptapcards.com with what you're looking for and we'll get back to you.

Ordering

How long does it take to arrive?

If you order your item before 1pm GMT (Monday to Saturday), your order will be shipped on the same day. All other orders will be processed and shipped within 1 working day of your purchase. This will then be sent using a 48 hour* ‘tracked’ courier so we always have eyes on it.

*Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2-3 business days.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping for UK customers. If you're outside the UK, shipping costs will apply.

Setup

How do I set the card up?

We will make sure the card is connected to your Google Business Profile before sending so you can use it as soon as it arrives.

Do I need any special software to use the cards?

Nope. No software is needed to use our Google review cards. It's important to note that customers will need a Google account (Gmail) in order to leave you a review on Google.

Aftercare

My Google review card isn't working properly. What shall I do?

If you're having issues, you can email us at hello@taptapcards.com and we can help.

IMPORTANT: It's worth making sure the NFC settings on your device is active so it can recognise the card (this is more common for Samsung and Android users).

What if I need to change the link on the card?

This does sometimes happen. We would recommend installing a free NFC code app to amend the link.
